Ans.25: I say that this person is miskeen (needy) since his character is very weak. The kuffar display their clothings to distinguish themselves from us and they’re not scared or worried about it so why are we? It is not permissible for a Muslim to resemble the kuffar and he should strengthen his character and fear not and Allaah ‘Azza wa Jal has given us Honour with Islaam so a Muslim should wear the dress of Islam. We see Muslims in the West who dress appropriately and they are not harmed and Allaah Knows Best.
