Ans.35: The questioner says that they received money as Sadaqah (charity) but that they didn’t know when they received it, where the money was from. I say, if this is the case, then there is nothing wrong with it, it is permissible for you to use that money. The questioner also adds that there is some leftover; the ruling is the same for the extra money and it is permissible for you to use it.
