Eating in a restaurant which serves wine

Qn44: Is it permissible for us to dine in a restaurant here alcohol is sold?

Ans.44: This can fall under two situations.
 
Firstly, the person is forced to do so and there is no other place for him to eat, then it is permissible to eat there; and it is apparent that this person disapproves of this in his heart.

In the second situation, the person may have an alternative such as another restaurant where alcohol is not being sold, or perhaps the person can carry food with him to another place such as a home or park or anywhere else, so in this situation he should not eat in the restaurant which sells alcohol
